We offer a range of food to cover every type of hospitality event using menu development, alongside new innovations, suppliers and produce, to provide a unique dining experience. From breakfast meetings to working lunches to high end corporate hospitality, we have something to suit every client and every budget.
THE GATHERED TABLE
We gather the brightest and best from the Food and hospitality world to share ideas and inspire our culinary teams regularly.
We invite the best in the business to join our Residency and Supper Club programme, making appearances in our restaurants and inspiring our teams and customers. Legends we work with right now include, JP Mc Mahon from Aniar, Galway, Jess Murphy of Kai Restaurant in Galway, Paul Flynn from The Tannery in Dungarvan, Jordan and Majken Bailey from Bech Bailey, and cooking over Fire with John Relihan from Pitt Bros.
And from further afield Jose Pizarro the Master of Spanish cuisine, and Doug Mc Master of Zero Waste restaurant Silo in Hackney London.
LIVE WELL
We’re all looking for healthier eating choices and when so much of the food we eat can be heavily processed, we take our role in feeding our customers and supporting them positively every day very seriously. Our specially created Live Well range developed by our Nutrition and Chef team, helps customers make the right choices for a balanced diet. More fruit and vegetables, reduced calories, more wholegrains and healthy fats. Responsibly made but incredibly tasty too!
