Giving something back has always been important us. We are fortunate to be in a position where we can make a positive impact on the environment.


For 2020 we have retained the maximum three-star award from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). This recognises our work across sourcing, society and the environment. We are continuing to work with the SRA to develop our sustainability credentials.


We are committed to sourcing Irish ingredients wherever possible and tracing our fresh produce back to where it was reared or grown.

Our supplier network includes many SMEs, artisan producers of specialist ingredients as well as our national mainstream suppliers who all together support out regional client locations

Sustainable Water 

Gather & Gather have partnered with LifeWater and Drop4Drop, a charity dedicated to bringing safe and cleaning drinking water to people across the world. Currently, our customers have helped fund the installation of 14 pumps and wells, addressing the issue of water poverty across large rural communities.


Gather & Gather have worked hard with clients to introduce a plan to reduce their waste production with a ‘paper cup levy’. Charging 20c to customers who do not bring a reusable cup has resulted in a cup reuse rate increase from 25%-57% across the estate. At just one site, this initiative is thought to have saved over 219,000 disposable cups from entering the waste stream.
